Sugamo, for the ramen

You buy a ticket at Tsuta in the morning for a time slot later that day, so this is really two trips. We went at seven, got a slot for one, and spent the six hours in between walking a part of Tokyo neither of us would have gone to otherwise. That is the best argument for the ticket system.
