Park Hyatt Tokyo

Park Hyatt Tokyo4 days

Four nights, 52,000 yen a night, west-facing corner on 32.

The room is the quietest I have slept in. Double glazing you can feel, and the building is set back far enough from Shinjuku that nothing reaches you. Fuji was out on two of the four mornings.

What I would change: nothing about the room, everything about arriving at two in the afternoon with a check-in at three. Ask them to hold your bags and go eat.

A quiet leg. 5 moments across 4 days.

Shinjuku from 32 floors up with the glass closed. You cannot hear anything.

    On the bath

Deep enough to actually sit in. This should not be rare and it is.
